OneChoice® is a patent-pending technology that selects the most appropriate treatment regimen for a particular patient given the organisms present, resistance genes detected, source of infection, diagnosis code, sex and age of the patient, and even the patient's allergies to specific drugs.

The goal of OneChoice is to reduce the overprescription of antibiotics by pinpointing a singular regimen that treats the broadest number of pathogens detected, with the least risk of adverse effects to the patient. In some cases, depending on the organisms detected, OneChoice may actually suggest that no treatment be administered at all.
